ArtSpace offers some apartments at market rates and some apartments at below-market rates.

To qualify for apartments with below-market rental rates, applicants must clearly demonstrate
that their household income and assets fall within applicable Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
guidelines.
All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide
satisfactory references from prior landlords.
